Local wallet transfers normally credit within two minutes, but network congestion can extend that. Wait fifteen minutes, then close and reopen the app to force a balance refresh.
If it still has not landed, message @bbxxyyz with the transaction ID from your JazzCash or Easypaisa confirmation SMS. Support can trace it directly from that reference.

Confirm the mobile number format matches what you registered with, including the country code where required. If the one-time code does not arrive, wait a full minute before requesting another — rapid repeat requests can invalidate the earlier code.

A bonus must be selected at the cashier before you confirm the deposit. It cannot be attached to a transaction that has already settled, and support cannot add it retroactively. If you opted in and it still did not appear, message support with the deposit time.
Self-exclusion is available directly in your account settings and takes effect immediately. You can also ask the support desk to suspend the account for a fixed period or permanently. Neither request will be argued with or delayed.
